1. Overall Length:
     1.1. The old type is 1,600-1,750 mm, but the new type is 1,700-1,850 mm.
     1.2. At one time, some racing wheelchairs had overall lengths of over 1,900 mm. But, around 1,750 mm is popular at present.
     1.3. Of course, the appropriate length for each athlete will be decided by physical capability, body size, racing style, and so on.

2. Main frame angle:
     2.1. The angle was changed to horizontal more, to move the center of gravity to front.
     2.2. The reason is to inhibit the floatation of the front wheel at rising slope and at the time of putting on a spurt.
     2.3. Generally, rear-heavy balance is good for reduction of rolling resistance. But the long wheel base (overall length) of the new type can cover it.
     2.4. The designer placed importance on the force transmission.

3. Track lever: The design was changed.

4. Wheel camber angel:
     4.1. The old type is 14 degrees, but the new type is 12 degrees. (However, 14 degrees can be chosen.)
     4.2. Generally, 14 degrees is good for cornering in track races, but 12 degrees or less is preferred in road races.
