【Indications】

Heart meridian heat syndrome. Thirst, red face, irritability and heat in the chest, thirst for cold drinks, and sores on the mouth and tongue. Or the heart transfers heat to the small intestine, resulting in short, red and watery urine, tingling pain during urination, red tongue and rapid pulse.

【Fang Yi】

This prescription is suitable for patients with heat in the heart meridian and small intestine meridian. Inflammation of the heart fire leads to redness of the face, thirst, and sores on the mouth and tongue; heat from the heart transfers to the small intestine, resulting in short, red and watery urine, and urinary tract astringency and pain.
