The following is a sharing of customers’ personal experiences:
There was a customer who did not know anything about stair machines and purchased an electric stair machine online to use for his mother to go up and down the stairs. Unfortunately a serious accident occurred. When the customer was operating the stairlift to help his mother go down the stairs, the machine suddenly lost control, causing both the man and the stairlift to roll down the stairs.
